Fish ladder at the Burgau weir in Jena completed
Burgau/Jena, July 30, 2026 – Construction work on the third fish ladder at the weir in the Burgau district of Jena has been officially completed. The construction of this facility creates a central prerequisite for further improving the biological connectivity of the Saale river within the city area.
