OLG Jena sentences Meta: 3,000 Euros in damages for data tracking
Due to data protection violations involving the use of “Business Tools” such as the Meta Pixel, the Thüringer Oberlandesgericht (OLG) Jena has ordered the Facebook parent company Meta to pay 3,000 Euros in damages to a consumer.
